If you are moving to Europe from the UK, you will now be required to pass customs when moving goods through Europe.

You are required to register your vehicle with the Spanish authorities if you plan on spending longer than six months of the year in Spain with your UK-registered car.

This service helps cut costs by consolidating your items with those of other customers in a shared truck, making it ideal for those relocating to Europe with fewer items.
With part-load, you only pay for the space your belongings occupy in the truck.
Please note that delivery times may be longer when using the part-load service.

There’s also a risk that your bank may freeze or close your account if they detect foreign activity without prior notice. To ensure continued access to your funds, keep your bank updated about your intention to move.
Yes, it is called MoveProtect. Cover meets British Association of Removers standards, from a few items up to a full overseas move. Standard liability cover on household goods is up to £50,000. If you want to talk it through, ask the surveyor. Freezer contents are excluded: neither R.H. Pardy nor its insurers accept responsibility for food that deteriorates.
Full professional packing, which means the contents of those boxes are insured. China and glass only, if you are packing the rest yourself and want the breakables covered. Or you pack, and we supply materials. We can also provide customers with all the materials they need, if required. Further materials are at additional cost, confirmed in that quotation rather than on this website.
Yes. Storage is containerised, in R.H. Pardy’s own warehouse in Christchurch. Where access allows, the container comes to your property on our van, is filled there, and is forklifted into the warehouse. It is not self-storage, and there is no walk-in unit.
